Reasonable rates
All rates are Seasonal, per room, per night and double occupancy.
There is a $10 fee for each additional guest, Children age 6 and under stay free.
Rates on Friday, Saturday and Peak Times Slightly Higher.

Off street parking, a non-smoking, non-pet establishment

RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICY: 

1.       Please will you abide by our quiet time each night from 10:00 P. M. to 8:00 A. M.
         So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you. 

2.       To guarantee your reservation we must have your credit card.  Then 60 days prior to the arrival date  an advanced deposit of 25% is needed, deposit is not Refundable and the balance is due time of arrival. You may send us a payment or we will access your credit card for payment.  

3.       If you reserve more then one room you become the wagon master and you collect all funds from the others in your group and pay with one check or one credit card.

4.       Cancellation period is sixty- days. If you cancel any rooms and / or extra guests within that
   sixty-day YOU WILL NOT receive a refund unless Mrs. Anderson's Lodging House resells the rooms, when the rooms are resold the cancellation fee is 25% of your deposit  for rooms and / or guests.

5.       At time of arrival, the guest name on the reservation must show ID.

6.       At no time can a guest resale or give a room to someone else.

7.       There are no refunds for early departures.

8.       All rates are per room, per night and based on double occupancy. There is a $10 fee for each additional guest that can be paid at time of check-in. Additional  beds/rollaway are $10.00. Children 6 and under stay free.

9.       Check-in time is 3:00-6:00 p.m. For late arrivals we have lock box's at the back door.

10.       Checkout is 11:00 a.m.

11.       Two-night minimum is required for event weekends and some holiday times.

12.       We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

13.       No overnight parking on the street, per city ordinance. Use assigned parking space.

14.       We are a nonsmoking establishment.  A $500 fumigation fee will be imposed if you   smoke in a room.

15.       We cannot accommodate guests pets.  A $500 fumigation fee will be imposed
    for a pet in the room.

     

 As you continue, this is synchronized with the front desk for
checking availability and or making your reservation.
When you get to step 1 select your arrival date and your departure date
then click on Check Availability. This will take you to step 2.
This works for 1 room or 10 rooms, if you are working with a group of more
 then 2 rooms you can check availability
