Describe the promises we make to you and
the promises you make to us:

RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICY: 

1.   To guarantee your reservation we must have your credit card.  Then 60 days prior to the arrival date we need a advanced payment (50%) and the balance at time of arrival. If you book rooms 15 days prior to the arrival date we need a full payment at that time. You may send us a payment or we will access your credit card for payment.

2. If you reserve more then one room you become the wagon master and you
collect all funds from the others in your group and pay with one check or
one credit card.

3.  Cancellation period is sixty-day. If you cancel any rooms and / or extra guests within that sixty-day
YOU WILL NOT receive a refund unless Mrs. Anderson's Lodging House resells the rooms,
when the rooms are resold the cancellation fee is $35.00 for rooms and / or guests.

4.  At time of arrival, the guest name on the reservation must show ID.

5.  At no time can a guest resale or give a room to someone else.

6.  There are no refunds for early departures.

7.  All rates are per room, per night and based on double occupancy.
There is a $15 fee for each additional guest that can be paid at time of check-in. Additional beds/rollaway are $15.00. Children 6 and under stay free.

8.  Check-in time is 3:00-6:00 p.m. For late arrivals we have lock box's at the back door.

9.  Checkout is 11:00 a.m.

10.  Two-night minimum is required for event weekends and some holiday times.

11.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

12. No overnight parking on the street, per city ordinance. Use assigned parking space.

13. We are a nonsmoking establishment.  A $500 fumigation fee will be imposed
if you smoke in a room.

14. We cannot accommodate guests pets.  A $500 fumigation fee will be imposed
for a pet in the room.

 As you continue, this is synchronized with the front desk for
checking availability and or making your reservation.
When you get to step 1 select your arrival date and your departure date
then click on Check Availability. This will take you to step 2.
This works for 1 room or 10 rooms, if you are working with a group of more
 then 2 rooms you can check availability
