Mrs. Anderson's Lodging House has 10 rooms that are decorated with
turn-of-the-century antiques, quilts, and vintage clothing. 
Enjoy the Gemutlichkeit (cozy) atmosphere in the heart of downtown Leavenworth
with sitting parlors and a conference room for reading, games, quilting,
Bible and quilt retreats or meetings. 
Complimentary buffet breakfast is provided.

Reasonable rates
All rates are Seasonal, per room, per night and double occupancy.
There is a $10 fee for each additional guest, Children age 6 and under stay free.
Rates on Friday, Saturday and Peak Times Slightly Higher.

Off street parking, a non-smoking, non-pet establishment

These terms and conditions describe the promises we
 make to you and the promises you make to us:

RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICY: 

1. To guarantee your reservation we must have your credit card.  Then 60 days prior to the arrival date we need an advanced deposit of 25% is needed, deposit is not Refundable
and the balance is due time of arrival. You may send us a payment or we will access your credit card for payment.

2. If you reserve more then one room you become the wagon master and you collect all funds from the others in your group and pay with one check or one credit card.

3.   Cancellation period is sixty-day. If you cancel any rooms and / or extra guests within that sixty-day YOU WILL NOT receive a refund unless Mrs. Anderson's Lodging House resells the rooms, when the rooms are resold the cancellation fee is 25% of your deposit  for rooms and / or guests. 

4.  At time of arrival, the guest name on the reservation must show ID.

5.  At no time can a guest resale or give a room to someone else.

6.  There are no refunds for early departures.

7.  All rates are per room, per night and based on double occupancy. There is a $10 fee for each additional
guest that can be paid at time of check-in. Additional beds/rollaway are $10.00. Children 6 and under stay free.

8.  Check-in time is 3:00-6:00 p.m. For late arrivals we have lock box's at the back door.

9.  Checkout is 11:00 a.m.

10.  Two-night minimum is required for event weekends and some holiday times.

11.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

12. No overnight parking on the street, per city ordinance. Use assigned parking space.

13. We are a nonsmoking establishment.  A $500 fumigation fee will be imposed if you smoke in a room.

14. We cannot accommodate guests pets.  A $500 fumigation fee will be imposed for a pet in the room.
